  • Creating effective vocabulary activities
    This is now a free public course. The enrollment key is public
  • This course introduces instructors to simple tools and techniques used by their educational technology savvy peers to produce functional and engaging resources for teaching. All of the sessions have been used extensively in classes across the globe. Over 200 participants were registered for this course when it ran live in January/Feburary of 2010.

  • This course is here to support the session “Spice up your Moodle courses.” This will be presented at the TESL Ontario conference in Toronto this October. Use the enrollment key, blocks.

    Summary: This is a session for LINC / ESL professionals who want to take their Moodle site to a “Whole Other Level!” This includes Web 2.0 elements such as encyclopedias, avatars, movies, grammar activities, digital posters, Twitter streams, ebooks, slideshows and much more. Actually the focus is on non-standard blocks and even inserting these types of media into Topics modules.
